Meet 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00PM
Next month’s hostess will bring and present her book choice at the current meeting.
Verify that we have copies of book available to members either in the library or purchase a Kindle ebook
Members must read the book.
Be prompt and committed to attending meetings
Meetings will start promptly at 6 pm.
No discussion about the book before or during dinner.
The hostess will be the moderator. Approximate discussion time 1-1½ hours. Members may bring questions for discussion. However, the hostess will serve as moderator and have questions to discuss. Keep on topic during discussion and contribute.
Hostess will send out a reminder 3-4 days before monthly meeting. Read blog for current book. Members will contact the host to let them know if you are NOT attending.
Hostess will decide what refreshments to serve.
Hostess will update blog with summary of meeting.
Luncheon meeting scheduled for December .
If you as hostess trade with someone it is your duty to make members aware of the change. For inclement weather we will meet the following Thursday.
New members will be voted on during a book club meeting and the decision made by consensus.
Membership will be limited to 12 members.
